Support services
It's normal to encounter challenges in life. Sometimes they're big, sometimes they're small. And sometimes we might need help working through them. You can use the resources listed in these pages to get help with a wide range of worries and concerns. This includes mental health problems, but you don't have to have "a problem" to be able to seek support. If you live in our intercollegiate halls, remember you can also speak in confidence with your Hall Warden or a Resident Advisor (RA).
