Yoga & Pilates Classes Launching Every Saturday! 

Every Saturday we'll host Yoga & Pilates classes at College Hall this term. The sessions will be led by the wonderful Brittany, who will blend both exercise techniques (yoga & Pilates) to ensure the class caters to everyone's needs. πŸ€Έβ€β™‚οΈπŸ§˜β€β™‚οΈ

What to Bring:

  • If you have a yoga mat, please bring it with you. No mat? No problem! We'll have mats available for you.
  • Water bottle
  • Motivation (or not, just come along and get inspired πŸ™‚)

No Need to Book, First Come First Served! These sessions are open to all residents, and there's no need to book in advance. Just show up, and let's embark on this wellness journey together! πŸš€πŸ’ͺ

Whether you're a seasoned yogi or trying Pilates for the first time, all fitness levels are welcome!  

*The Founder's Room will be unavailable for one hour during the class.
