Homemade Chilli Sauce

🧑‍🍳 Ingredients:

  • Chilli peppers - as many as you want
  • 2 whole onions
  • 2 red bellpeppers
  • 3 whole tomatoes
  • Oil (to your preference)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Vegetable bouillon (to taste)

Method:



  1. Preparation: Wash and chop the chili peppers, onions, red bell peppers, and tomatoes into smaller pieces. Remove the seeds and membranes from the chili peppers if you want a milder sauce.
  2. Blending: Place all the chopped ingredients (chili peppers, onions, red bell peppers, and tomatoes) into a blender or food processor. Blend until you have a smooth mixture.
  3. Cooking: Pour the blended mixture into a cooking pot or pan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until most of the liquid has evaporated. This can take about 20-30 minutes or more.
  4. Seasoning: Add oil to your preference, stirring it into the mixture. Season the sauce with salt and pepper, and adjust the seasonings to suit your flavor preferences. Continue cooking for a few more minutes to let the flavors meld together.
