Sexual Violence; Don't suffer in silence

Sexual violence is when something of a sexual nature has happened to you that you did not consent to. Sexual violence can include sexual assualt, sexual harrassment, relationship / domestic abuse, and stalking.

If you feel that you have been affected by sexual violence, you can report it either anonymously or with your personal details via the University’s Report an Support platform. You can find out more information about your support and reporting options via https://reportandsupport.sheffield.ac.uk/. 

Support options include the option to speak to a trained Sexual Violence Liaison Officer (SVLO); at Residence Life, and in the wider University, we have trained SVLOs who can support you if you have experienced sexual violence.
