Booking onto Residence Life Events

TO BOOK ONTO AN EVENT

Go to your PORTAL PAGE and click on Events and Activities at the top.  Then scroll down the list of events and click 'Select Events' for the event(s) you would like to attend.  Once you have selected the event(s) remember to go to the bottom of the page and click 'Book onto Selected Event(s)' to confirm your event(s) selection.  You'll need to be logged into MUSE.

IMPORTANT NOTE! You can only book onto events up to 10 days in advance of the event



TO FIND YOUR ACCESS CODE TO SHOW AT THE EVENT

To find your Event Access Code, go to your PORTAL PAGE, on your phone.  Your unique barcode is displayed at the top of the screen (you'll need to be logged into MUSE).

This should make checking students into events much quicker, especially for larger events. Have a look at the video below which shows how to find you access entry code.
