A safe place for you to practice Boxing while forming support network with others.
Mentalmate is a mental health support group in Sheffield, that uses the power of boxing to help people talk about their mental illness. Get involved with a mixture of boxing training, circuit training and talking.

Location: Rutland Hall, Hicks Street, Neepsend, Sheffield, S3 8BL
Session Start Time: Sunday 10.30-11.30am
