How to... Safely BBQ
A Barbeque, cookout, grill, hangi, braaivleis, hibachi, barbie… what you call it doesn’t matter, but how you do it does!
We understand that when (or if) the sun comes out you might want to cook and eat outside with friends. That’s okay with us, so long as you help keep the residences safe and are respectful to your environment too.
- Please make sure that all BBQs are at least 3 metres away from doors and windows and placed on a hard non-flammable surface.
- Never leave it unattended, keep the noise levels down.
- Make sure it is completely cold before you throw it (and all your litter) away.
