Help! I'm locked out!

We’ve all been there, coming home from a lecture or night out 100% sure that you put your keys in your bag only to find that they’re not there. Don’t panic! We’re here to help!

If you get locked out then you need to contact your accommodation reception by phone or walk in. Reception will then confirm your address and escalate to security services to get you back in your room.



Ranmoor/Endcliffe - If you lose your flat fob or key you can get a new one from the Edge Customer Service reception, a replacement key will cost £20 and a fob will cost £3.50.

St Vincents- If you lose your Unite access card you can get a replacement from reception free of charge, which is located within The Church.
