Join the many people who are quitting smoking with Tower Hamlets help.
With the help of Tower Hamlets you will receive free expert help from Quit Right Tower Hamlets which will boost your chances of quitting successfully by 3 times! Create your own quitting plan, receive advice on nicotine replacement therapies, and support throughout your journey from experienced advisors. If you didn't want to attend alone you can also attend the group sessions and/or 1:1 sessions to get you started.
Culturally sensitive advice and support is available to help people quit smoking and shisha. Confidential advice and support are also available for women and they can request to be seen by female advisors.

Get in touch, the main clinic is close to Queen Mary's Mile End campus and is next to Stocks Court hall of residence at 2 Stayner’s Road Stepney Green, E1 4AH.
Monday to Friday 9am to 8pm & Saturday and Sunday 11am to 4pm
