The correct way to dispose your rubbish (Handel Mansions)
We have recently noticed some instances of rubbish being left outside the main entrance and some residents using our residential neighbour's bins for disposal. We would like to remind all residents of the importance of following the correct procedure for disposing of rubbish.
Firstly, we would like to highlight that leaving rubbish outside the main entrance is not only unsightly but also unhygienic and can attract pests such as rats and mice. We kindly ask that all residents refrain from doing so.
How to find the bins
We would like to remind residents that there is a designated area for disposing of rubbish. After exiting the main entrance, please walk down the alley on the right, between Handel Mansions and St George's Gardens. At the end of the alley, you will see a green door on the right-hand side. This is the designated area for disposing of rubbish.
To access the bins you will needs a code (please check your email or ask the duty RA for details). Once you have disposed of your rubbish, please remember to lock the door before leaving.
We understand that disposing of rubbish may not be the most pleasant task, but it is essential for the upkeep of the building and the surrounding area. By following the correct procedure, we can all contribute to keeping Handel Mansions and the surrounding area a clean and hygienic place to live.
If we notice residents not following these steps we will have no choice but to deal with the problem using the disciplinary procedure. It's already March so by now, every single resident should know what to do with their rubbish.
If you're unsure about anything, please ask.
We would like to thank you in advance for your cooperation in this matter.
