Wild swimming spots around The Borders
If you fancy doing something a little different and heading out to some lovely spots in the Borders, you can wild swim or paddle board at a few places:
Please ensure that you never swim alone and make sure you have the appropriate swim and safety gear. You can even join a local wild swim group to tag along with experienced swimmers with good local knowledge, just search for wild swimming Scottish Borders on Facebook. Also, look out for an upcoming introduction to SUP events in the near future!

Cauldshiels (3.7 miles)
St Mary’s Loch (22 miles)!
If you prefer swimming in a (heated) pool though, then there's also Tri-Fitness you can join. Full membership includes access to the Gala pool!
