Anshika's Egg Curry

Anshika has shared a super easy recipe that you can whip up in no time...

Ingredients
• Butter
• Water
• 3 eggs
• 2 green chillies
• 5 Tomatoes (small)
• 2 Onions (big)
• Black Pepper
• Cinnamon Stick
• Cardamom
• Salt and Pepper
Method
1️⃣ Cut all the vegetables in small, thin pieces. Then set aside.
2️⃣ Boil the two eggs for 7-8 minutes.
3️⃣ Put some butter in a pan. Add black pepper, cinnamon stick, cardamom and add green chillies.
4️⃣ After letting the mixture sizzle, add the vegetables.
5️⃣ Once the onion starts to look golden brown, add a little salt.
6️⃣ Slowly pour some water into the sizzling pan. You can add as much water as you like depending on the thickness of the curry.
7️⃣ Add pepper accordingly and let it boil.
8️⃣ After some time the gravy thickens; put your eggs in it.
Let it boil for a few more minutes and TADA! Your egg curry is ready to eat.
