My Manchester bucket list: Dovestone Reservoir
I recently visited Dovestone Reservoir which is about 24 minutes away from the University of Manchester, check out how I got on...
Dovestone Reservoir is a must-visit destination for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. On my recent visit, I was able to appreciate the serene beauty of the place on a cloudy day with pleasant weather. I hiked along the reservoir's scenic trails, taking in the stunning views of the surrounding hills and the calm waters. I also visited the visitors center, which provides information about the history and ecology of the area, as well as its wildlife.
I highly recommend Dove Stone Reservoir to other students as it is a perfect place to connect with nature, improve mental well-being, and engage in various outdoor activities. Whether you're a fan of hiking, fishing, or simply enjoying a peaceful picnic, you're sure to have an amazing time at Dove Stone Reservoir.
