How to unwind as a student
My self-care night includes doing things that I love and that helps me feel relaxed and ready for a good night's sleep.
I start the evening with a cup of chocolate milk (if you know, you know!), and sometimes I'll treat myself to my favourite takeaway, tonight was one of those nights. To really relax I turn on my night light (you can get your hands on one of these on Amazon, they have loads) before starting up a movie on netflix.
I find that this routine is the easiest way to make me happy after a long week of classes, as I can just relax by myself at home and recharge my batteries.
