How to report a repair
Does something need fixing in your accommodation?
Don’t worry, things happen! We will send our superhero maintenance team to take a look and if they can’t fix it, we’ll call in our dedicated contractor.
We’re on hand to fix any faults any time of day, any day of the year.
How do I report a maintenance problem?
There are a handful of ways to let us know if you need something to be fixed...
- At reception
- Online using this form
- Through your online account
If you need to report a repair for Great Wilkins Halls, Brighton, please complete a “Repair Request” form at reception.
If you need to report a repair to one of our Glasgow properties, please visit your relevant property page.
Do I need to be in?
It's up to you! It's likely we'll need to enter your room to fix the fault but we can do this when you're out. If you would prefer to be around though, just let us know in the repair form above but please note that this could cause a delay in fixing the issue.
What do I do if it's an emergency?
If you need to report an emergency repair outside of office hours, please call your 24-hour site number which is available in the reception area or within your resident guide.
