A taste of home: Yellow Dahl Curry
Lentils Legume (Yellow Dahl) Curry is a universal dish in India. Almost all moms prepare this dish for their kids. The best part of this recipe is that Lentils itself has a dominant taste and fragrance, so you don't need many ingredients to prepare it. From the ingredients listed below, only red pepper and salt and absolute necessity, everything else is optional.
It's a cost effective, quick to prepare, protein rich, and tasteful dish that is a meal on it's own. And it reminds me of my mother!
