What does the Cash Office do?
The Cashiers Team are responsible for student payments including the collection of direct debits for tuition fees and accommodation license fees, and for online store queries and payment plans. If you have a query about either of these please email cash.office@uwe.ac.uk or call +44 (0)117 32 87888.
Who can help with issues or questions about my student loan?
The UWE cash office is unable to provide advice in regards to delayed or withdrawn funding through Student Finance, for enquiries of that nature please contact slc.enquiries@uwe.ac.uk.
You can also contact Student Finance England directly by calling 0300 100 0607.

What does the Credit Control Office do?
For queries relating to unpaid amounts on invoices and debts, please contact the Credit Control Team at creditcontrol@uwe.ac.uk or by calling +44 (0)117 32 87888. - choose option 2 for credit control
Who
should I contact if I'm struggling with financial difficulties?
The credit control office will be able to give you advise. They work with students with financial difficulties and are the ones that apply any sanctions to students who breach contracts.
