If you require any form of support during your time living in Shaftesbury Hall, then the experienced accommodation team are available. They’re on-site Monday to Friday, 09:00 until 17:30. You can also talk to the resident student wardens by calling 07734 190 715 at any time of day and night.

Collegiate have partnered with Health Assured to provide you with a 24 hour helpline to support you through any of life’s issues or problems. They are there to help with personal and professional problems that could be affecting your home life, student life, health and general wellbeing.
