Easy Smoothie
Smoothies are quick and easy and great for keeping the immunity up at a time like this.
Ingredients
- 1 big handful of spinach (you can't taste it I promise)
- 1 small pear
- 2 thick slices of cucumber
- 1/2 cup frozen tropical fruit (I get the tropical mix in Aldi - great for the student budget)
- 1/2 cup water
Method
- It's easy..... blend together and serve!
