Accommodation
Benefits of Living an a FutureLets Accommodation!
It may seem early, but now is a great time to begin the search for your next place to live next year! If you've not thought about it, bookings are now open for FutureLets accommodation for returning students!
The earlier you find and book accommodation for September 2024, the easier it is to get something you love, no matter your budget. Let us show you what we can offer.
Our range of En-suites!
If you're looking to make new friends next year or already have friends you don't mind living with, our accommodations have great en-suite room flats, with shared kitchens to socialise with others! Furthermore, these are located all across Coventry City Centre, meaning that you can choose somewhere that is best located for your course. Here's what they are and what you need to know about them!
- Godiva Place (39 weeks/43 weeks - £167 per week/£159 per week): located conveniently down the road from the library and William Morris building, as well as next to a Sainsbury's Local, Godiva Place is best if you want convenience at your doorstep.
- The Cycle Works (39 weeks/43 weeks - £145 per week/£145 per week): the more budget-friendly ensuite option, The Cycle Works is located near a Co-op and the Hub building. If you want to be in closer proximity to the entire City Centre as well as the university, this place may be for you.
- Bishop Gate (39 weeks/43 weeks - £167 per week/£159 per week): located further into the City Centre, Bishop Gate is the best place to go if you want to be closer to the shops and restaurants of Coventry. There's also a gym on-site, which is free to use for all Bishop Gate residents!
If you're still unsure, maybe our returner's offer will entice you: if you book an en-suite room with a 43 week contract for either your 2nd or 3rd year, you will get £800 off your total contract - a discount of more than £18 per week! However, you must be quick as you only have between 8th - 28th of November to do so! https://www.futurelets.co.uk/
Interested in a Studio flat?
We also have you covered. Undergraduate students can also book studio flats at Godiva Place for September 2024. For £185 on a 43-week contract, the rooms are furnished with a wardrobe, whiteboard, desk and chair, as well as microwave/combi oven, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, and an iron and ironing board!
If you have a partner also studying at Coventry University, you may also be interested in one of our Twudio flats: with two beds as well as everything previously mentioned, these are also on a 43-week contract and are only £140 per person. Even better, the Twudio flats share the same offer as our en-suite apartments, with an £800 discount on your contract if you book before the 29th of November.
If you're looking for a house...
FutureLets can also help you to find private accommodation for your needs! If you're more interested in finding a house to live in for the next year, there's no need to look alone: simply tell the team what your needs are (for example, your budget, the number of housemates, and how much space you need) and they will assist in trying to find the perfect place for you.
