Occasionally, there may be maintenance issues in your flat.
The Residences Team have a brand new and contact-free way of reporting a maintenance issue through an online form accessed via the Student Intranet here.
It's important to report issues in a timely manner so issues in your flat can be quickly resolved. Make sure to check the Intranet page for updates in case there are any changes in this process or others throughout the year.
