We are so excited to announce our new Halls of Residence for 2024/2025 Your TRIBE Peckham.

Located in a highly sought after area off Old Kent Road, you will have the opportunity to move into this brand new building, which has everything you would need and more!

With 94 ensuite rooms allocated for UAL students, it's not only a place for you to call home, but for the chance to be part of a thriving community.

Facilities at our newest halls include a Shared Rooftop Terrace, Private Dining Room, Lounge, Study Room, Wellness Room, Gym, Cinema, Games Zone and even a Karaoke Room. It also has free coffee every morning, free breakfast twice a week and a 24/7 team with Concierge through the night.

Through out the year, the hall will host an exciting lineup of events within the building including movie nights, interactive cooking sessions, invigorating gym classes, and much more. Whatever your interest, they've got you covered and are dedicated to help you find and connect with your people in this hall.

The building itself was created for student living, with maximising sustainability and minimising its environmental footprint at the core of its design. 🌱
