Ever wondered where all our food comes from?

We are BaxterStorey — an independent hospitality provider who provide all the catering services at UAL. Our teams are experts in all things food, committed to delivering the best customer service in all of UAL's 15 outlets across all six colleges.

Our goal is to create exciting menus using the freshest ingredients from brilliant local suppliers, creating a food culture that prioritises more plant-based protein, making sure that you can live your student life happy and healthy. We understand the important part that food plays in university life and aim to provide the experience you deserve on campus, so you can be served delicious dishes like this 👇

Our focus is on healthy, quality food, which is sustainably and locally sourced, and caters for all requirements.

UAL is the first university in the UK to receive the Gold Food for Life Catering Mark by the Soil Association across all catering outlets at all six of its colleges and are holders of the Green Kitchen Standard award, so you know there's incredible value in every single dish.
