How we cater for food allergies and intolerances
We take food allergies and intolerances seriously.
The percentage of adults and children suffer from an allergy. – (8% children, 2% adults)
If you have food allergies, intolerances or any dietary requirements, we're here to cater for your needs.
The new Regulations relating to allergens within foods state that a process must be in place to ensure that allergen information can be easily obtained; is accurate and is consistent - which is we take so much care in making you aware.
The 14 Allergens that we need to communicate to our customers are:
- Peanuts
- Tree Nuts – almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pecans, Brazils, pistachios, macadamia, Queensland
- Gluten – Cereals containing gluten i.e. wheat, rye, barley, oats, spelt, kamut
- Sesame – Seeds, paste, oils
- Molluscs – mussels, oysters, squid
- Fish / Fish Sauce
- Soya / Soybeans
- Celery / Celeriac
- Shellfish / Crustaceans – crab, lobster, crayfish, shrimp, prawn
- Eggs
- Milk
- Mustard
- Lupin – Lupin flour used in the baking of bread/pastries
- Sulphites – Sulphur Dioxide
From gluten-free dishes to vegan options, we've got you covered. Our menus are created with diverse but still delicious dishes in mind so you don't have to worry about finding something right for you.
If you have an allergy, intolerance or any questions, speak to our staff before we serve our food. Our allergen champions are your port of call, once you've told them you're requirements they'll take it from there - so you can sit back, relax and enjoy your meal.
