How to organise a cleaning rota
In a UAL-managed hall, you will be responsible for cleaning your own kitchen along with your fellow flat-mates. Your kitchens will be inspected by your Halls' team every 2 - 4 weeks.
We understand that for many of you, this will be the first time that you are responsible for cleaning. Therefore, we have put together bespoke cleaning rotas per hall to help you get started.
If the flat fails inspection on one of your tasks, then you will be responsible for a share of the
overall cleaning costs. If you have completed your tasks and the kitchen fails, you will not
share the cleaning costs.
If you have any other questions related to cleaning rotas, kitchen inspections, or anything else related to your time in halls, please speak to your Residence Manager, who will be more than happy to help you.
