Provide your preferences

- If you don't want to spend a fortune on groceries or have a specific food budget, pop that information in to ensure that all of the meals suggested are affordable for you.
Meal idea prompts
Here are some simple prompts to ask ChatGPT to get started:
- What are some healthy meal ideas for breakfast?
- Can you suggest some vegetarian lunch ideas?
- What are some low-carb dinner ideas?
If you need to be more specific:
- Can you suggest some vegan lunch ideas that are high in protein?
- What are some budget-friendly gluten-free breakfast recipes?
- Can you suggest some international dinner ideas?
- What are some easy dinner ideas that can be made in 30 minutes or less?
- What are some healthy snack ideas that can be made with ingredients I already have at home?
- Can you suggest some quick fakeaway recipes for during a busy week?
Don't worry, it also usually provides you with a mini-recipe too so you don't have to worry about searching for all of them!
Create the meal plan
You can either choose to create a meal plan from the meal ideas you have already been given, like this 👇
OR
You can generate an entirely new prompt with all of the details it needs to create a meal plan that suits your needs, for example:
"Make me a meal plan of a week's worth of meals. I need 3 meals a day and 2 snacks. I must hit a protein goal of 50g everyday and my calorie limit for each day is 1500 calories. Be as detailed as possible and include the calorie count and protein count for each meal. I don't eat fish."
Grocery list
You won't even have to create your own grocery list with AI! It will do all of the work for you with the right prompts, all you have to do is ask it to create a grocery list for the meal plan it has already generated.
