By UALHalls 24 Apr 2020

Located in the centre of Finsbury Park, Sketch House is a bright and modern building, with a beautiful courtyard outside. Finsbury Park also serves a number of National Rail, London Underground and bus services making it that much easier to travel to more of London's hot spots. In fact, you can travel to Central London in just 10 minutes on the Victoria line!

1) Rowans Bowl

There aren't many places in North London where you can bowl, dance, slurp slushies and sing your heart out in a karaoke booth until the early hours, but Rowans is one of them. This old lair of entertainment has been rooted since 1913, surviving two world wars. You can also have pizza delivered straight to your lane or karaoke booth. Score!

2) Castle Climbing Centre

Not into drinking? Looking for a challenge? Well, look no further as Finsbury Park is home to The Castle, a dedicated climbing centre open since October 1995. The centre is impressively spread over 4 floors, catering to both beginners and experts, housing over 450 roped and lead routes from 8m to 13m in height and an extensive range of bouldering surfaces.

3) The Terrace

The Terrace café is a Finsbury Park favourite. This early to rise, late to finish cafe is open from 6am until 8pm with friendly service guaranteed, fantastic prices and a full menu of breakfast lunch and dinner and after work drinks, this is the perfect place to fill your stomach until your heart's content!

4) Faltering Fullback

This pub is a huge favourite with the locals of Finsbury Park. It has an amazing beer garden and serves delicious Thai food. There's also a lot of sport-watchers paradise. Even when it's chilly you'll find a comfortable outdoor spot as many of the benches are heated and covered.
