Lark Lane is a real hidden gem in the South of the City with amazing restaurants and bars. Here are some of the top spots we recommend visiting and exploring.

Yum Cha

Yum cha is a super popular, relatively new restaurant. Their meals generally involve small portions of steamed, pan-fried, and deep-fried dim sum dishes served in bamboo steamers, perfect for big groups!

Nonno’s Pizza & Plates

Nonno’s serves up traditional wood-fired pizzas and classic Italian dishes, and also happens to have one of the best outdoor spaces in the ares - ideal for a sunny afternoon!

Hafla Hafla

Hafla Hafla opened in 2018 and specialises in middle eastern dishes. Popular items on the menu include the infamous halloumi fries, house hummus and the wild rice bowl. Definitely worth a try!

Elif Restaurant

Elif is a homely restaurant that transports the Turkish BBQ style to Liverpool. As well as it's sister restaurant on Bold Street, Elif vows to provide large portions packed with great flavours authentic to the Turkish roots in which it is embedded.

The Lodge

The Lodge brings a traditional English pub to the otherwise quirky Lark Lane. Serving a huge variety of cask ales, cocktails, lager and hearty pub grub - they do a great Sunday roast (pictured below) but make sure you get down early as it's super popular!

Love and Rockets

Love and Rockets brings the university life feel to Lark Lane with a simplistic menu which provides choice of stone baked pizzas, nachos and hot dogs amongst others - all truly great value for money. The recent addition of the outdoor area (pictured below) is a real game changer and this is often one of the liveliest areas on the Lane.

Ink In The Well

The perfect brunch or early evening dinner spot! Their Insta Bio says it all - 'Local pub & canteen. Organic, vegan & GF goals. Cask ale/natural wines.' Check it out!
